Jeremiah Wright’s Raw Hatred of America

Townhall | Dennis Prager | Apr. 29, 2008

Here is what Rev. Jeremiah A. Wright Jr. (Obama’s pastor and spiritual advisor) said in his sermon on the Sunday following the horrific terrorists attacks on 9-11 (as replayed during the Moyers interview):

“Terrorism! We bombed Grenada and killed innocent civilians, babies, non-military personnel. We bombed the black civilian community of Panama with stealth bombers and killed unarmed teenagers and toddlers, pregnant mothers and hardworking fathers. We bombed Gadafi’s home and killed his child. ‘Blessed are they who bash your children’s head against a rock!’ We bombed Iraq. We killed unarmed civilians trying to make a living. [Read more…]

The Moment of Truth for the Left has Arrived

American Thinker | James Lewis | Apr. 28, 2008

If you haven’t listened to Jeremiah Wright’s hate sermons at Hugh Hewitt’s website, you must do so. Every American with open eyes and ears has to listen to the voice of racial hatred, coming not from the Klan but from a clergyman of the Christian Left. Reading his words isn’t enough, because you won’t hear the unmistakable meaning of his vocal intonations. If you are a person of good will you will feel upset. Bill Clinton said the news media treated her like she had “robbed a bank” and claimed she was experiencing end-of-day fatigue, even though she had made the claim in morning speeches. [Read more…]

The slick trick behind global frauding

American Thinker | James Lewis | Apr. 9, 2008

In Stalin’s Russia any dissenter from the Party Line was guilty. Innocence had to be proved. It’s a standard tyrant’s trick. During the reign of Oliver Cromwell in England, witchhunters did not have to prove that their victims were guilty. The accused witches had to prove their innocence.

That’s what Al Gore has done to science: He and his friends have flipped innocence and guilt from normal science to Stalinist science. [Read more…]

How the Leftist Churches Set a Time Bomb for the Democrats

American Thinker | James Lewis | Mar. 26, 2008

Until the Rev. Jeremiah Wright, Senator Obama’s spiritual mentor in Black Liberation Theology, popped out of the woodwork, I didn’t even know about BLT — Black Liberation Theology. But the doctrines of Black Liberation have been preached since 1966 in black churches, with the enthusiastic support of white churches of the Left, notably the United Church of Christ. The Rev. Wright runs an official UCC church. [Read more…]
